Bio

Edie DeBoard, Coach and founder of No Limits Consulting, participating in the coach certification program at Coach U!  Coach U is the largest provider of training courses and resources for the growing field of business and personal development coaching.  With 3,500 students in 36 countries worldwide, Coach U has been training more coaches than any other coaching school since its inception in 1992.

Over 30 years in the computer industry, 20 of those in management, has provided me with a strong foundation to help others manage and motivate technical people.  Being a divorced mom who has gone through career changes, downsizing, deaths in the family, and several relocations, I can help people going through any of these life transitions.  As the "oldest child", wife, mom, mentor, and manager, I feel that I have been coaching all of my life. My honesty, enthusiasm, sense of humor and commitment aid me in assisting motivated individuals to unlock their own potential.

A Professional Development Trainer and a member of the "Professional Woman Network", a national consulting organization specializing in professional and career development.  This network has been successfully utilized by banks, savings & loans, corporations, manufacturing, colleges and universities, women’s organizations, and youth groups.

An active member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).  While I view myself as an advocate for both men and women, I am dedicated to promoting women as professionals, and to assist in the career development of men, women, and young people.
